For the orange sugar;

  • 1 medium orange
  • Half cup water
  • 1/4 (quarter) cup sugar

  • 3 eggs
  • Half cup liquid oil
  • 1, 5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1, 5 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 2, 5 cups flour
