While gingerbread impresses with its flavour, Christmas gingerbread falls in love with its shape, flavour and design.
The flavors that come to mind when it comes to Christmas are obvious. mug, hot chocolate, hot wine, turkey dinner and, of course, gingerbread. So how about learning how to make that much-loved Christmas gingerbread to serve our loved ones?
Christmas Gingerbread Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp carbonate
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
90 gr. butter-at room temperature
1 cup +1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp water
A quarter cup of molasses
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
Christmas Gingerbread Making
Sift the flour, ginger, cinnamon, carbonate and salt and set aside. In a bowl, whisk the butter and sugar at room temperature, add the egg and continue to whisk, finally add the molasses and water and whisk until all the ingredients are completely mixed together. Add the dry ingredients and turn into dough.
Open the dough between two greaseproof papers half an inch thick. Shape the mold and arrange Christmas gingerbread cookies on the baking tray.
Sprinkle granulated sugar on them and cook for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.

You can decorate it any way you want with candies and creams made for sugar dough and special cookies. You can cover the sugar dough by cutting it with the molds you cut into your cookies, or use it as small details.
