Ingredients For Christmas Vegetarian Meatball Recipe



  •  1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 coffee cup red lentils
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch carbonate
  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Pepper
  • Chili pepper


For The Above

  • 1 small bowl of flour
  • Sunflower oil for frying


For Presentation

• Ketchup~Mayo


How To Make Vegetarian Meatballs ?

For Christmas’s vegetarian meatballs, soak the chickpea in water the night before. Wash it the next day and then boil it thoroughly. Transfer the lentils in a separate saucepan. Add the water over it and boil until it is softened and dissolved. Chop the peppers in a dice shape. Take boiled chickpeas and lentils in a bowl. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, chopped red pepper and spices. Knead well. Cut a little larger pieces of mortar from the Walnut. Roll each piece and fry it in oil after finding the Galeta flour. Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
