Ingredients For New Year Cake Recipe


    For the cake

  • 50 g butter
  • 80 g sugar powder
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 80 g of flour
  • 5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 70 g milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavour
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 4-5 drops of red meat dye


For frosting

  • 20 g butter
  • 70 g cream cream cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • Quarter teaspoon vanilla aroma
  • 3-4 drops of green food dye
  • 3-4 drops of green food dye


For frosting

  • Colored confectionery


How To Make New Year Cake


Take a large bowl of butter and sugar. Beat until the cream consistency at the middle speed of the mixer. Add the egg and beat until the whole material is thoroughly identified. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add salt, flour and baking powder respectively and continue to beat by decreasing the speed of the mixer. Add milk and vanilla and stir again. Add the cocoa and the food coloring and mix. Put the mixture in the cake mold. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated 170 degrees oven.
